The children's church&nbsp;pastor and his leaders faithfully bring these boys and girls to church on the back of a pick-up every week. Dr. Lucy Nkya, Dir. of the Faraja Fund, presented the Tanzania Ministry of Health HIV/AIDS Surveillance Report to the language school with the following alarming statistics: </p><p>&middot; One million of the 35 million Tanzanians are estimated to have AIDS </p><p>&middot; HIV infection is as low as 8% in areas like Dodoma </p><p>&middot; HIV infection is as high as 35% in places like Dar es Salaam </p><p>&middot; AIDS has increased the number of orphans to over two million </p><p>Dr. Nkya commented on how poverty influences HIV/AIDS but explained that the root problem is immorality with the church holding the solution in moral ethics. </p>]]></content:encoded></rss:item></rdf:RDF>
