Updates and Prayer Request

We have a had a flurry of updates on the site recently, and that is something to smile about.  Check out new updates in our team members section and Africa Oasis Project section. We praise God for all that He is doing in Tanzania, and we are honored that you have partnered with us to reach Tanzania for His glory.  We would also ask that you continue in prayer for the situation in Kenya Pray for God's supernatural intervention in both the political sphere and public sphere.  We have heard reports of some 98  Kenya Assemblies of God churches being burned during the chaos that followed the elections.  Let us join together in prayer for our brothers in Christ.

Old Fashion Missions

Roger, Nick and Scott recently took a trip to the Livingstone Mountains, in the Iringa region of Tanzania.  They decided to visit and encourage the TAG church in the village of Lifumu in the Tarafa of  Mwambao.  This trip was unique, because there are only two ways to get to Lifimu.  One way is by an 8 hour boat ride across Lake Nyasa, the other is to hike 7 hours over the Livingstone Mountains. See wich route they choose.  Take a journey with them by clicking on their links to read their stories, see the pics and get the 'old time missionary' feeling.  Safari Njema!
